摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出试点和构建“1+X”证书制度,其中“1”为学历证书,是夯实学生可持续发展的基础;“X”为若干职业技能等级证书,是拓展职业本领和促进职业生涯发展的重要保障。围绕现阶段“1+X”证书制度试点工作,分析重构人才培养方案、课证融合人才培养新模式、“X”证书考核评价以及师资队伍建设,认为实施“1+X”证书有利于实现精准育人和高端育人,有助于推进我国现代职业教育体系建设。The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposes to construct the pilot program of"1+X"certificate system,in which the"1"stands for diploma that helps to lay a solid foundation for students'sustainable development and the"X"refers to a certain number of certificates of vocational skills that are important guarantees for enriching vocational skills and promoting career development.Centering on the pilot program of the"1+X"certificate system at the present stage,the article analyzes and reconstructs the talent cultivation guideline,the new cultivating mode of course-certificate integration,the assessment of the"X"certificate,and the construction of teaching staff.The implementation of"1+X"certificate program is conducive to achieving targeted&high-end education and constructing modern vocational education system in China.
