摘　　要：从旧梯改造的特点入手,把延迟制造技术和MC 供应链理论应用到旧梯改造的供应链构建中,建立了基于旧梯改造的面向延迟制造的MC供应链模型,设计出基于旧梯改造的MC供应链延迟制造策略,在旧梯改造实践中取得了非常好的效果。Starting from the characteristics of the old elevator reconstruction,the postponement manufacturing technology and MC supply chain theory to the supply chain construction of the old ladder transformation are applied.The MC supply chain model for postponement manufacturing based on the old elevator reconstruction is established.The MC supply chain postponement manufacturing strategy based on the old reconstruction is designed.Good results in the practice of the old elevator reconstruction are achieved.
