摘　　要：基于我国发电集团一体化ERP系统管理的现状,提出的建议包括制定企业信息化的顶层设计蓝图、以信息化方式整合产业链的资源、IT服务管理与治理意识,从而提升综合实力。Based on the current situation of integrated ERP system management in China’s power generation group,this paper puts forward suggestions including making the top-level design blueprint of enterprise informatization,integrating the resources of industrial chain in the way of informatization,it service management and governance awareness,so as to improve the comprehensive strength.
