摘　　要：探索加速自动测试生产的效率,对降低集成电路测试成本、缩短设计周期有着重要意义。基于通用图形处理器GPGPU的特性,以及自动测试的运行过程,探索GPGPU对自动测试生成的加速效果。This paper explores the efficiency of accelerating automatic test production,which is of great significance to reduce the cost of IC test and shorten the design cycle.Based on the characteristics of GPGPU and the running process of automatic test,it explores the acceleration effect of GPGPU on automatic test generation.
