摘　　要：基于全球和中国专利申请状况,从国家/地区分布、技术演进路线、重要申请人等方面分析CMOS图像传感器CIS的专利状况。展望CMOS图像传感器的技术发展路径。Based on the global and Chinese patent application status,this paper analyzes the patent status of CMOS Image Sensor CIS from the aspects of country distribution,technology evolution route,important applicants,etc.The development of CMOS image sensor technology is prospected.
