摘　　要：基因转录过程中产生的额外产物--微RNA(miRNA),通过参与表观遗传、转录和转录后调控,不仅在细胞形态、结构及功能转化中发挥重要作用,还能发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,参与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展。恶性肿瘤是目前严重威胁人类生命健康和生存质量的疾病之一。miR-141在人体不同的恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中扮演着非常重要的角色,将miR-141应用到恶性肿瘤的诊断分类及预后评估中是近年来的研究热点。Studies have confirmed that microRNA(miRNA),an additional product produced during gene transcription,not only plays an important role in cell morphology,structure,and functional transformation by participating in epigenetic,transcriptional,and post-transcriptional regulation,but also plays an important role as an oncogene or tumor suppressor gene in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.Malignant tumors are currently one of the diseases seriously threatening the health and quality of human beings.More and more studies have confirmed that miR-141 plays a very important role in the occurrence and development of different malignant tumors in the human body.The application of miR-141 in the diagnostic classification and prognostic evaluation of malignant tumors has been a research hotpot in recent years.
