星状神经节阻滞治疗更年期潮热的研究进展

摘　　要：更年期是女性的一个重要阶段,潮热是更年期最常见的症状,轻中度的潮热患者尚可忍受,而重度潮热给患者的睡眠质量及身心健康带来了严重影响。星状神经节阻滞(SGB)临床应用广泛,不仅用于癌痛、三叉神经痛、带状疱疹后遗痛等疼痛疾病的治疗,还广泛用于糖尿病、原发性高血压、面神经麻痹等非疼痛性疾病的治疗。SGB可有效缓解更年期相关症状,同时升高更年期妇女雌激素水平、降低黄体生成素和卵泡刺激素水平,从根本上缓解症状,尤其是潮热症状且不良反应少。基于SGB的有效性和安全性,其有望成为治疗更年期潮热的有效替代方法。Menopause is an important stage of women,and hot flashes are the most common symptoms of menopause.The mild to moderate hot flashes can be tolerated,while severe hot flashes have a serious impact on the quality of sleep and physical and mental health of the patients.Stellate ganglion block(SGB)is widely used not only in the treatment of cancer pain,trigeminal neuralgia,post-herpes zoster pain and other pain diseases,but also in the treatment of non-painful diseases such as diabetes mellitus,essential hypertension and facial paralysis.In recent years,it has been found that SGB can effectively alleviate climacteric related symptoms,increase estrogen levels,reduce the content of luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone of menopausal women,and fundamentally alleviate the symptoms,especially hot flashes,with fewer adverse reactions.Based on the effectiveness and safety of SGB,it has become a research hotspot in recent years,and is expected to be an effective alternative to menopausal hot flashes.
