摘  要:设计并开发了一款按压微型压电自发电系统,用作各类低功耗电子系统的电源。应用压电材料设计了一种按压式机电转换结构,将其产生的输出电压控制在50 V以内,便于能量转换和收集。在此基础上,设计并开发了一块电荷能量转换和收集电路,将产生的交变电压转换为稳定的电压,为低功耗电子系统供电;最后对其发电性能进行测试分析。实验测试结果表明,所开发的按压微型压电自发电系统能产生平均功率为0.413μW电能,可以为各类低功耗电子设备提供能源。A pressing miniature piezoelectric self-generating system is designed and developed, which can be used as power supply for various low power electronic systems.A pressing electromechanical conversion structure is designed by using piezoelectric materials,whose output voltage is controlled within 50V to facilitate energy conversion and collection.On this basis,a charge energy conversion and collection circuit is designed and developed to convert the generated alternating voltage into a stable voltage for low power electronic systems.Finally,the power generation performance is tested and analyzed.The experimental testing results show that the developed piezoelectric selfgenerating system can generate an average power of 0.413μW,and can provide energy for various low-power electronic devices.
