摘　　要：分析阻碍航材仓库保障能力发展的问题,提出航材仓库必须从人才队伍、基础设施、信息建设、指挥防护等方面加强建设,才能更好地使地勤与航空兵部队战斗力生成相匹配,从而实现航材管理科学化、航材保障精确化。This paper analyzes the problems that hinder the development of the support ability of the aviation material warehouse,and points out that the construction of the aviation material warehouse must be strengthened from the aspects of talent team,infrastructure,information construction,command and protection,so as to better match the ground service with the combat effectiveness of the aviation force,thus realizing the scientific management of the aviation material and the accurate support of the aviation material.
