摘　　要：面对不同槽体槽液,采用合理的检测方法,得到稳定可靠的浓度数据,为实现槽体药液的自动添加管控提供依据。通过生产大数据的积累,分析产量和浓度变化及药液添加等相互之间的关联。天车自动运行、槽液浓度稳定检测、槽体药液自动添加等功能实现阳极氧化产线的安全、连续,高良率生产。With different body bath,the detection method is reasonable,stable and reliable data was obtained,for the realization of the automatic control of liquid tank added to provide the basis for.Through the accumulation of production data,the relationship between yield and concentration change and liquid addition was analyzed.The automatic operation of the crane,the stability detection of the tank liquid concentration and the automatic addition of the tank liquid can realize the safety,continuous and high yield production of the anodic oxidation production line.
