情景模拟演练培训模式在社区居民基本生命支持技能培训中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨情景模拟演练培训模式在社区居民基本生命支持技能培训中的效果,为应急救护知识及技能培训寻求科学适宜的培训方式。方法选取2018年6月—2019年6月参加基本生命支持技能培训的西宁市社区居民182名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各91名。对照组采用心肺复苏模拟人讲授加示范操作进行培训;观察组采用情景模拟演练法进行培训,即模拟心脏病急性发作伴发心脏、呼吸骤停情景,再由培训者结合现场情景利用心肺复苏模拟人讲授加示范操作进行培训,对比2组人员在识别与判断、支持技术操作、AED应用等环节中的技能操作情况,评价分析2组在操作步骤、要领掌握方面的差异性。结果观察组在现场环境评估、意识判断、心跳、呼吸判断、及时拨打120急救电话、摆放复苏体位、胸外按压、气道开放、人工呼吸等步骤操作上更为熟练,有更多人使用了AED,操作流程正确性更高,组员均有较强的急救意识,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在社区居民基本生命支持技能培训中应用情景模拟演练培训模式,可以帮助受训者实情实景感受,对操作要点加深理解,充分发挥所学技能进行生命救护,最终提高基本生命支持培训与运用效果,提升院前急救能力。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation training mode on basic life support skills training of community residents,and to seek scientific and appropriate training methods for emergency rescue knowledge and skills training.Methods Selected from June 2018 to June 2019 in basic life support skills training of community residents,182,in xining city were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group 91,control the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)simulation training teaching and demonstration,observation group the scene simulation training exercise method,namely simulated heart disease acute hair companion hair heart,breathing a cardiac arrest,again by trainers combined the situation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)simulation training teaching and demonstration,compare the two groups in identifying and judging,support technical operation,AED application skills of operating conditions,Evaluate and analyze the differences between the two groups in operation steps and key points.Results Observation group environmental assessment at the scene,conscious judgment,heart rate,breathing,call 120 emergency phone in time,put the recovery position,chest compressions,airway open,artificial respiration on the steps,such as more skilled,more people are using the AED,higher accuracy of operation process,team members have strong consciousness of first aid,comparison between groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applied in the community residents basic life support skills training scenario simulation exercises training mode,can help trainees the truth feelings of real help for operation key points to deepen understanding,give full play to the skills learned in life care,ultimately improve the effect of basic life support training and use,improving the capacity of pre-hospital emergency,is worth popularizing in training teaching.
