摘 要:ProMax是美国布莱恩研究与工程公司开发的一款应用于天然气净化、炼油加工等领域的工艺流程模拟软件,近年进入国内使用。为了验证ProMax软件的物性库、动力学及计算准确性,并研究天然气净化过程中不同参数的影响规律,结合某大型天然气净化厂脱硫单元工艺流程,采用ProMax基于针对电解质体系开发的Amine Sweetening物性包搭建高酸性天然气脱硫模型进行工艺流程模拟,对天然气脱硫脱碳及COS水解过程操作参数的影响进行计算和分析,将计算结果与装置实际运行数据进行对比,结果表明,该软件对高酸性天然气净化流程模拟计算可靠,可为天然气净化厂的工艺设计及操作优化提供借鉴。ProMax is professional process flow simulation software developed by Bryan Research&Engineering of the United States,which is used in natural gas purification and refinery process field,and has been applied by domestic companies in recent years.To verify the accuracy of the physical properties database,the kinetics and calculation of ProMax software and study the influence law of different parameters in the process of natural gas purification,a highly sour gas sweetening process was simulated by ProMax based on the Amine Sweetening Package according to the electrolytic system.The influences of operating parameters on natural gas desulfuration,decarbonization and COS hydrolysis process were calculated and analyzed,and the calculation results were compared with the actual data of the unit.The results showed that ProMax simulation software was reliable for highly sour gas sweetening process.The software can provide a guidance to the process design and operating optimization of the natural gas treating plant.
