横切法内眦赘皮矫正术与倒L成形法分别联合重睑成形术治疗双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的比较研究

摘　　要：目的研究横切法内眦赘皮矫正术与倒L成形法分别联合重睑成形术治疗双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的临床效果。方法选取我院36例双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者,根据治疗方案不同分为倒L组(n=18)和横切组(n=18)。倒L组采用倒L成形法联合重睑成形术治疗,横切组采用横切法内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗。比较两组手术前后眼裂情况、手术后瘢痕评分(VSS)及并发症发生情况。结果手术后3个月,两组眼裂长度均长于手术前,且横切组长于倒L组,眼裂角及倾斜度均小于手术前,且横切组小于倒L组(P<0.05);手术后3个月,横切组VSS分值低于倒L组(P<0.05);横切组并发症总发生率(3.16%)低于倒L组(10.13%)(P<0.05)。结论与倒L成形法联合重睑成形术比较,采用横切法内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术治疗双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者的疗效更佳,且能显著减轻术后瘢痕程度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To study the clinical effect of transforaminal sacral orthodontic treatment combined with inverted L-forming in the treatment of bilateral single sputum with internal ecdysis.Methods A total of 316 patients with bilateral sputum and internal ecdysis were enrolled in our hospital.They were divided into inverted L group(n=158)and crosscut group(n=158)according to different treatment options.The inverted L group was treated with inverted L forming combined with double sacral angioplasty.The transverse cut group was treated with transverse sacral orthodontic surgery combined with double stenosis.The eyelids before and after surgery,scar score after surgery(VSS)and complications were compared.Results 3 months after operation,the length of ocular fissure in both groups was longer than that before operation,and the cross-cut group was longer than the inverted L group.The angle of lobes and inclination were smaller than that before operation,and the cross-cut group was smaller than the inverted L group(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the VSS score of the cross-cut group was lower than that of the inverted L group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the cross-cut group(3.16%)was lower than that of the inverted L group(10.13%)(P<0.05)..Conclusion Compared with inverted L-formation combined with double-dose angioplasty,the use of transverse incision and sacral resection combined with double-dose angioplasty for the treatment of patients with bilateral sputum with internal ecdysis is better and can significantly reduce postoperative scars.Degree,reduce the incidence of complications.
