眶隔脂肪释放及眼台再造在眼袋整复术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨眶隔脂肪释放及眼台再造在眼袋整复术中的应用效果。方法将我院2019.1-2019.8的接受眼袋整复术的75例患者,依据随机分组原则分为对照组(39例,常规皮肤入路法)、观察组(36例,眶隔脂肪释放及眼台再造)。观察临床疗效、诊疗满意度。结果观察组临床疗效97.2%,明显较对照组82.0%高,P<0.05。经治疗后观察组患者诊疗满意度各指标得分较对照组高,P<0.05。结论临床治疗眼袋整复术的患者,推荐以眶隔脂肪释放及眼台再造治疗,可有效提升临床疗效、提升患者诊疗满意度,并显著改善后期生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of orbital septum fat release and ocular table reconstruction in eye bag reconstruction.Methods Seventy-five patients who underwent ocular bag reconstruction in our hospital from January 1,2019 to January 21,2019 were divided into a control group(39 cases,conventional skin approach)and an observation group(36 cases,orbital septum fat release and eye table)according to the random grouping principle Remake).Observe the clinical e fficacy and satisfaction of diagnosis and treatment.Results The clinical e fficacy of the observation group was 97.2%,which was signi ficantly higher than that of the control group,82.0%,P<0.05.After treatment,the patients in the observation group had higher scores on various indicators than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients who underwent pouch reconstruction,it is recommended to use orbital septum fat release and ocular platform reconstruction,which can effectively improve clinical efficacy,improve patient satisfaction and signi ficantly improve the quality of life in the later period.
