下颌吸附性义齿治疗全口无牙颌患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察下颌吸附性义齿对全口无牙颌患者进行治疗的效果。方法选取我院全口无牙颌患者62例(2017年4月至2018年11月),随机分为传统义齿制作方法制作全口义齿的对照组与下颌吸附性义齿治疗的观察组,观察患者治疗效果、满意度及心理状态。结果与对照组相比,观察组义齿稳定性、语言能力、佩戴舒适度、咀嚼功能评分高,疗效满意度高,SAS、SDS评分低,P<0.05。结论在全口无牙颌患者治疗中,下颌吸附性义齿治疗效果较好,义齿稳定性好,能提高患者语言能力及咀嚼功能,且佩戴舒适度好,患者不良情绪得以有效改善,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the effect of the treatment of the whole edentulous jaw with the mandibular adsorptive denture.Methods 62 patients(from April 2017 to November 2018)with edentulous jaws were selected,They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group with complete denture made by traditional denture making method and the observation group with mandibular adsorption denture treatment,The therapeutic effect,satisfaction and psychological state were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores of denture stability,language ability,wearing comfort and mastication function,higher satisfaction of curative effect,lower scores of SAS and SDS(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with complete edentulous jaw,the treatment e ffect of mandibular adsorption denture is good,the denture stability is good,the patients'language ability and mastication function can be improved,and the wearing comfort is good,the patients'bad mood can be effectively improved,which is worth learning.
