摘　　要：近年来,上气道的管理成为了正畸正颌治疗时考虑的热门话题。上气道是人类呼吸的重要通道,它的形态和功能受到周围软硬组织的影响。正畸正颌的治疗会在一定程度上影响颌面部骨骼和软组织的形态,从而改变上气道的形态和功能,本文就正畸正颌对上气道的影响做一综述。In recent years,the management of the upper airway has become a hot topic for orthodontic treatment.The upper airway is an important channel for human breathing,and its morphology and function are a ffected by the surrounding soft and hard tissues.The hard and soft tissues of maxillofacial region can be changed by orthodontic treatment and orthognathic treatment,which influences the morphology and physiological function of the upper airway.This paper reviews recent studies on the progress of orthodontic treatment and orthognathic treatment e ffects on the upper airway.
