摘　　要：从我国教师资源配置现状入手进行分析,通过对山东省青岛市某区教师资源均衡存在问题和网络直播在教育中应用优势的分析,研究了如何用网络直播的教育方式来解决教师资源不均衡问题,旨在为我国教育均衡发展和教育质量不断提升提供一些参考与建议.Based on the analysis of the current situation of teacher resource allocation in China,this paper analyzes the existing problems of teacher resource balance in Qingdao District,Shandong Province,and the advantages of the application of network live broadcast in education.It mainly studies how to solve the problem of teacher resource imbalance by using the education method of network live broadcast,aiming to provide some reference and construction for the balanced development of education and the continuous improvement of education quality in China.
