带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复老年口底癌术后组织缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析带蒂的胸大肌皮瓣在老年口底癌术后组织缺损修复中的临床效果。方法:选择我院2010年1月至2019年1月收治的口底鳞状细胞癌患者19例,术中采用带蒂的胸大肌皮瓣转移修复术后组织缺损,术后定期随访,观察皮瓣成活情况及术后恢复情况。结果:随访18~72个月,19例患者中1例患者皮瓣坏死,其余18例患者皮瓣成活,愈合良好。结论:带蒂胸大肌皮瓣具有血供良好、成活率高、并发症少等优点,在老年患者口底癌术后导致的缺损修复方面具有良好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap in resctruction of tissue defects in the elder patients after oral floor cancer surgery.Methods:Clinical data from 19 patients diagnosed with oral floor cancer,who treated with reconstruction of tissue defects with pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.Results:All postoperative tissue defects were successfully reconstructed with pectoralis major musculocutaneous flaps.Flaps survived completely in 18 patients,Partial flap necrosis occurred in 1 patients.Conclusions:Pectoralis major myocutaneous flap is a good material for soft tissue defects after oral floor cancer surgery.
