立德树人背景下高校青年体育教师教学能力提升策略研究

摘　　要：在新时代国家已经把“立德树人”作为教育根本任务的背景下,高校青年体育教师需要进一步提升教学能力。本研究通过文献资料法,结合自身及周边同事成长经历,探讨高校青年体育教师教学能力提升的策略。研究认为,以史为鉴提升职业发展目标,以德为本提升教师职业操守,以改革创新为核心提升业务水平,以科研为工具提升竞争力,是新时代高校青年体育教师提升教学能力的有效策略。In the new era,the country has taken"moral cultivation"as the fundamental task of education,young college PE teachers need to further improve their teaching ability.This study explores the strategies of improving the teaching ability of young PE teachers in Colleges and universities through the method of literature,combined with their own and their surrounding colleagues’growth experience.The research shows that it is an effective strategy for young college PE teachers to improve their teaching ability in the new era to improve their career development goals,enhance their professional ethics based on morality,enhance their professional level with reform and innovation as the core,and enhance their competitiveness with scientific research as the tool.
