摘　　要：随着时代的发展,我国教育领域呈现出良好的发展趋势,新课程改革的深化,使许多素质教育理念贯彻到教育教学工作中来,在这种局势下诸高校对体育教学越来越重视,体育教学是大学教学中必不可少的一项,体育课程的开展不仅可锻造出学术强健的体魄,提升学生综合素质水平,还可帮助学生形成坚毅的品格,对学生今后步入社会起到不可忽视的作用,据此高校应加大对体育教学的投入力度,增加体育课程,建设体育场地及相关设施,为体育教学的开展创造现实条件,为社会的发展贡献更大的力量。本文将对素质教育下大学体育改革途径进行阐述,对素质教育下体育教学开展的必要性深入探讨,同时提出一系列有效的教学策略。With the development of the times,China’s education field presents a good development trend.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,many quality-oriented education concepts have been implemented into the education and teaching work.In this situation,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to physical education.Physical education is an essential part of university teaching.The development of physical education curriculum can not only forge a strong physique.Therefore,colleges and universities should increase investment in physical education,increase physical education courses,build physical education venues and related facilities,create realistic conditions for the development of physical education,and contribute more to the development of society.This article will expound the ways of College Physical Education Reform under the quality education,probe into the necessity of physical education teaching under the quality education,and put forward a series of effective teaching strategies.
