影响高校技巧啦啦操运动员竞技能力的因素与建议

摘　　要：随着高校体育教学内容的不断丰富,不少高校开展了啦啦操教学,近几年技巧啦啦操受到很多大学生关注和喜爱,同时也成为了越来越多大学生体育课程的选择和倾向。如何排除啦啦操运动员个人竞技能力培养过程中的阻碍,有效提高训练效果提升个人能力是技巧啦啦操教学的重点,本文采用文献资料法等,分析了影响高校技巧啦啦操运动员竞技能力的因素,并提出了相应的建议。With the continuous enrichment of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,many colleges and universities have carried out cheerleading teaching.In recent years,skillful cheerleading has been concerned and loved by many college students,and has become the choice and tendency of more and more college students in physical education curriculum.How to remove the obstacles in the process of cultivating the personal competitive ability of cheerleading athletes,effectively improve the training effect and improve the personal ability is the key point of the teaching of skillful cheerleading athletes.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the competitive ability of skillful cheerleading athletes in colleges and universities by using the method of literature,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
