摘　　要：目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对医学生职业结果预期和相关因素水平的影响,为医学教育工作提供参考。方法:采用方便抽样法选取吉林省某高校939名医学专业本科生,于疫情前及疫情中进行2次问卷调查。使用问卷包括职业结果预期量表、压力知觉量表、症状自评量表和大学生社会支持评定量表。使用独立样本t检验和配对样本t检验比较各观察变量的状态及改变。结果:与疫情前相比,疫情中医学生的职业结果预期显著降低(P<0.001);疫情中的职业结果预期与紧张感、失控感、抑郁、焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.14、-0.54、-0.34、-0.32,P<0.05或P<0.001),与生源地也具有相关性(r=0.14,P<0.05)。结论:疫情期间医学生的职业结果预期水平下降,需引起相关院校重视。Objective:To analyze the effect of COVID-19 epidemic on medical students’career outcome expectation and related factors,,to provide a reference for medical education work.Methods:A convenient sampling method was used to select 939 medical undergraduates from a university in Jilin.Two questionnaire surveys were conducted before and during the epidemic.The questionnaires included career outcome expectation scale,Chinese perceived stress scale,Symptom Checklist 90,and college student social support assessment scale.The independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test were employed to compare the states and changes of each observed variable value.Results:Compared with results before the epidemic,medical students’career outcome expectation was significantly reduced during the epidemic(P<0.001);and the explection was significantly negatively correlated with respondents tension,loss of control,depression and anxiety(r=-0.14,-0.54,-0.34,-0.32,P<0.05 or P<0.001),which was also related to the birthplace(r=0.14,P<0.05).Conclusion:Career outcome expectation of medical students during the epidemic has fallen,which needs to be addressed by relevant institutions.
