摘  要:教育护士在提高护士综合能力、丰富患者健康知识及提升自我护理能力等方面有着重要作用。本文回顾了我国教育护士队伍发展概况,阐述了教育护士的内涵,比较了教育护士与专科护士的异同点,指出教育护士规范化管理的核心要素包括教育护士的功能定位、培养模式、专科认证、核心能力评价、激励制度和人员管理模式等,提出基于护理教育程序开展培训、实行教育护士岗位管理、强化能力评价及保障工作待遇等策略。Educational nurses played an important role in improving nurses’comprehensive ability,enriching patients’health knowledge and improving their self-care ability.This study reviewed the development issues of educational nurses,defined the connotation of educational nurses,compared the similarities and differences between educational nurses and specialized nurses,analyzed the core elements of standardized management,including the functional positioning,training model,specialist certification,core competence evaluation,incentive system and personnel management model of nurses,etc.And put forward strategies,such as carrying out training based on nursing education procedures,defining their functional orientation,constructing management hierarchy,strengthening the educational ability evaluation and ensuring their salary.
