白细胞仪器分析与手工镜检结果对比分析

摘　　要：为了评估白细胞的仪器分析结果以及手工镜检结果,本文将白细胞检测的100份疾病检验血液标本及100份正常检验血液标本作为试验组及参照组,研究仪器分析结果、手工镜检结果和白细胞具体分类情况。结果显示,试验组仪器分析阳性结果较手工镜检阳性结果提升(P<0.05),各个组别中间型白细胞的仪器分析情况较手工镜检情况提升(P<0.05)。由此可知,白细胞的仪器分析结果和手工镜检结果存在一定差别。In order to evaluate the results of instrument analysis and manual microscopy, 100 blood samples of disease examination and 100 normal blood samples respectively are taken to be the experimental group and the reference group to study the results of instrumental analysis, manual microscopic examination and specific classification of leukocytes in this paper. The results show that the positive results of instrument analysis in the test group are higher than that of manual microscopy(P<0.05), and the instrumental analysis of intermediate leukocytes in each group is higher than that of manual microscopy(P<0.05). In conclusion, there are some differences between the results of instrument analysis and manual microscopy.
