摘  要:身处近代社会大转型时期的康有为,既深受中华传统文化的熏陶,又受到了欧风美雨的吹拂浸染。为纾解国难民瘼,他在对传统经典体系予以梳理和厘正的基础上,以《春秋》为核心,以《中庸》《论语》《孟子》《礼运》为主体,构筑起了一套以“三世进化说”“托古改制”为核心理念,以契约论、平等观、民权说、议会制、两党制为宗旨要义,以大同社会为理想目标的新经典体系,力图使作为传统政治合法性依据的儒学经典,在新形态的政局中找到立足之地,从而促进传统经学和儒学的现代转型和发展。Amid intense social transition in modern China,Kang Youwei had been well nurtured by traditional Chinese culture,and also gradually influenced by European and American thoughts.In order to alleviate national calamity and sufferings of the people,he constructed a new classics system of Confucianism based on his review and rectification of the traditional system of classics.The core of the new system is The Spring and Autumn Annals,with The Doctrine of the Mean,The Analects of Confucius,The Book of Mencius and The Conveyance of Rites(Liyun)chapter in The Book of Rites as the principal components.The key ideas of Kang Youwei’s new system include Evolutionism of SanShi(Three Eras)and Institutional Reform Based on Historical Pretext,with such essential tenets as theory of contract,conception of equality,theory of civil rights,parliamentarism and two-party system.Aiming at the ideal society of Great Harmony,the new classics system seeks to find a foothold in the new political situation for Confucian classics which have been the basis for the legitimacy of traditional politics,and thereby promote modern transition and development of the traditional study of Confucian classics and Confucianism.
