摘 要:根据传热学和连续介质力学,结合基于FORTRAN语言的子程序Dflux实现激光移动热源的施加,构建了煤矿T形转向支架激光钎焊过程的热力耦合模型。模拟研究了焊接过程中的温度以及焊后的残余应力与变形。研究结果为有效控制激光钎焊热输入提供了模型基础和技术支撑,对于降低试验成本,并进一步缩短研发周期具有积极的推动作用。According to the heat transfer and continuum mechanics,combined with the FORTRAN language-based subroutine Dflux used to realize the application of laser moving heat source.A thermomechanical coupling model for the laser brazing T-shape steering brackets for coal mine was constructed.The temperature during welding and the residual stress and deformation after welding were simulated.The research results provide a model basis and technical support for the effective control of laser brazing heat input,which has a positive role in reducing test costs and further shortening the research and development cycle.
