摘  要:针对EBZ220悬臂式掘进机铲板部存在的浮煤、碰撞、磨损等问题,设计一种薄铲板结构。在不影响星轮马达安装空间、刮板链通过性和保证强度的前提下,对主铲板板体和驱动装置星轮立板进行改薄设计,有效地减小了铲板与伸缩保护筒碰撞的几率,降低设备故障率;增设固定式联通块以及侧板观察孔,方便设备的检修与维护,大大提高工作效率。In view of the problems of floating coal,collision and abrasion in the shovel plate of EBZ220 cantilever roadheader,a thin shovel plate structure was designed.On the premise of not affecting the installation space of star wheel motor,the passage of scraper chain and ensuring the strength,the main shovel plate and the vertical plate of star wheel of the driving device were designed for thinning,which effectively reduces the frequency of collision between the shovel plate and the telescopic protection barrel and reduces the failure rate of the equipment.The additional designs of fixed connecting block and sight glass of side plate are conventient for the maintenance and repair of the equipment,greatly improve the work efficiency.
