摘  要:该文通过热重分析法研究无烟煤、褐煤和焦煤3种煤化程度不同的煤和小球藻在单独热解、两者混合热解时的热解特性,以及两者在不同掺混比情况下在热解过程中的相互影响。主要研究结果如下:(1)煤在单独热解时,热解失重量随煤阶的提高而降低,热解起始温度随煤阶升高而升高。(2)煤和小球藻混合热解的协同作用随着煤阶的提高而降低,低阶煤和小球藻的共热解在300~500℃内表现出明显协同作用。超出该温度区间小球藻会阻碍煤的热解,其中对焦煤的影响最严重。Three kinds of coal were chosen with different degrees of coalification,including anthracite,lignite and coking coal as the experimental coal samples and Chlorella sp.as alga sample.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)was used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of coal and alga in the separate pyrolysis and the co-pyrolysis,and the interaction between the coal and alga when mixed with different ratios in the pyrolysis process.The results indicated that when coal is pyrolyzed alone,the mass loss of pyrolysis and the onset temperature of pyrolysis decreases with the increase of coal rank.The synergistic effect of the co-pyrolysis of coal and alga decreases with the increase of coal rank.The co-pyrolysis of low rank coal and alga exhibits a synergistic effect in the range of 300~500℃,but beyond which the alga will hinder the pyrolysis of coal.Especially,the pyrolysis of coking coal was greatly affected by the alga.
