摘　　要：皮肤恶性黑素瘤(MM)是来源于黑素细胞的恶性肿瘤,恶性程度高,进展快,预后差,早期发现可极大提高生存率。皮肤镜作为一种无创检查手段,可提高早期诊断准确率,减少漏诊和误诊,避免盲目活检。本共识总结了不同类型MM的皮肤镜主要表现,并简要概述需要鉴别诊断的疾病,旨在为MM的早期无创诊断提供依据。Cutaneous malignant melanoma(MM)is a kind of malignant tumor derived from melanocytes,with a high degree of malignancy,rapid progress and poor prognosis.Early diagnosis can greatly improve the survival rate of patients with MM.As a non-invasive examination method,dermoscopy can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis,reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and avoid blind biopsy.This consensus summarizes dermoscopic manifestations of different types of MM,and gives a brief overview of diseases that need differential diagnosis,in order to provide a basis for the early non-invasive diagnosis of MM.
