黄鳝对不同鱼巢选择及回巢行为的初步研究

摘　　要：在水温(18±2)℃和室温26℃环境下,在室内水族箱(100 cm×50 cm×25 cm,长×宽×高)中研究(1)标志黄鳝、(2)不同规格黄鳝、(3)不同水深下的黄鳝,对鱼巢的选择性和回巢行为,为黄鳝无土养殖提供参考。结果表明:(1)在饥饿条件下,黄鳝主要根据鱼巢内径大小而非长度来选择鱼巢;在摄食条件下,黄鳝选择居住的鱼巢范围扩大,并且在塑料袋和内径大的PVC管内多次出现黄鳝共巢现象,黄鳝有一定的固定回巢行为;(2)在摄食和10 cm水深条件下,20—30 g黄鳝对不同鱼巢的喜好程度从高到低的顺序为:PVC弯管>PVC直管>塑料袋;6—8 g黄鳝对不同鱼巢的喜好程度从高到低的顺序为:丝瓜络>PVC直管>塑料袋、棕片;1—3 g黄鳝对不同鱼巢的喜好程度从高到低的顺序为:丝瓜络>PVC弯管、塑料袋>PVC直管;0.1—0.3 g黄鳝68.99%±8.99%栖息于大薸(Pistia stratiotes),30.01%±8.99%栖息于塑料袋;(3)水深5 cm时黄鳝全部栖息于塑料袋,水深10 cm时黄鳝全部栖息于轮胎,水深在15—30 cm时,黄鳝对轮胎和塑料袋的选择无显著差异(P>0.05)。Under indoor conditions of water temperature(18±2)℃and 26℃,the paper made a study on the behavior of returning nest and selecting fish nest of ricefield eels with(1)marked Monopterus albus,(2)different body weight and(3)in indifferent water depth in the aquariums with the size of 100 cm×50 cm×25 cm to supply theory basis for ricefield eel culture without soil.The results showed that:(1)Under condition of starvation,ricefield eels selected fish nests mainly according to their inner diameter less than their length,while the range of fish nest selected by ricefield eels for habitation was extended,and a few of ricefield eels dwelt in the same plastic bag or PVC pipe with large inner diameter time after time.Ricefield eels showed the behavior of fixedly returning nest to some extent.(2)Under condition of food consumption and 10 cm water depth,the order of fish nest which ricefield eels with different body weight of 20—30 g,6—8 g,1—3 g were as follow respectively:PVC curve pipe>PVC straight pipe>plastic bag;towel gourd fibre>PVC straight pipe>plastic bag and palm fibre flake;towel gourd fibre>PVC curve pipe and plastic bag>PVC straight pipe.68.99%±8.99%individuals of ricefield eels with body weight of 0.1—0.3 g dwelt in Pistia stratiotes,and 30.01%±8.99%individuals dwelt in plastic bags.(3)All ricefield eels dwelt in plastic bags when in 5 cm water depth,and in tyres when in 10 cm water depth.However,the deviation of selection of ricefield eels to tyres and plastic bags was not significant(P>0.05).
