摘  要:现有的滚动体故障模型是理想化的,即把滚动体局部点蚀故障当作矩形缺口处理,滚动体缺陷与内、外圈滚道接触产生碰撞时,变形量瞬间全部释放,离开的瞬间变形量重新恢复。针对以上存在的问题,分析了具有滚动体局部点蚀故障的滚动轴承的实际运转状态,提出了滚动体故障渐变模型,探索了滚动体故障经过内、外圈时变形量的释放变化规律,给出了渐变释放的变形量的计算方法,建立了含滚动体点蚀故障的滚动轴承动力学渐变模型。通过仿真和实验分析,得到了滚动体局部单点故障的特征频谱,证实了当滚动体存在局部故障时所建的模型的正确性,为有效地诊断滚动轴承故障提供了理论支撑。The existing model of the rolling bearing element fault is idealized,that is,the local pitting fault of the rolling bearing element is treated as the rectangular notch.When the rolling element fault contacts with the inner or outer ring raceways,the deformation is instantaneously released,and at the moment of dispersing,the deformation is restored.Aiming at the above problems,the actual running state of the rolling bearing element with local pitting fault is analyzed.The grading model of the rolling bearing element fault is proposed.The release law of the deformation of the rolling bearing element fault through the inner ring or outer ring is explored.The calculation method of the gradually released deformation is given.And the dynamics gradient model of the rolling bearing element is established.Through the analysis of simulation and experimental,the spectrum characteristic of the local single point fault of the rolling bearing element is obtained,which proves the correctness of the model established in case of local fault and provides theoretical support for the effective diagnosis of rolling bearing fault.
