摘 要:高等职业教育中引入产业文化,并实现由产业文化为导向的专业文化教育,其意义在于学校除了对学生进行必需的职业技能教学之外,还要对学生进行必要的专业文化教育,使学生了解相应产业的发展历史、存在的社会价值与发展前景;理解产业崇尚的价值观、秉承的职业精神和理想信念。使学生能够接受角色转变,在思想与行动中自觉接受产业规范和职业道德的约束。培养“思想坚定,技能过硬”的毕业生。将职业院校的人才培养目标从“好就业”提升到“能发展”,其教育成果将贯穿学生个人职业生涯的始终,使职业院校毕业生终身受益。The significance of introducing industrial culture into higher vocational education and realizing professional cultural education oriented by industrial culture lies in that schools not only provide students with necessary vocational skills teaching,but also provide students with necessary professional cultural education.This enables students to understand the development history,existing social values and development prospects of the corresponding industry;understand the values advocated by the industry,the professional spirit and ideals and beliefs of the industry.It helps students accept the role change and consciously accept the constraints of industrial norms and professional ethics in their thoughts and actions.The college cultivates graduates with"firm thinking and excellent skills".The aim of talent training in vocational colleges is promoted from"good employment"to"good development".The educational achievements will run through the students'personal career and benefit the graduates of vocational colleges for life.
