肾癌病人外周血NK细胞活性表达与临床分期的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨肾癌病人外周血NK细胞活性表达与临床分期的相关性.方法 选取2017年9月-2018年9月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的肾癌患者80例,另选择同期健康者40例作为对照组,分别检测其外周血中NK细胞及其活性表达情况,采用Spearman等级相关分析肾癌患者外周血NK细胞以及活化性受体NKp44与临床分期的相关性.结果 Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肾癌患者外周血中NK细胞数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随着临床分期的升高,NK细胞数目逐渐降低,且不同分期的肾癌患者之间NK细胞数量比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肾癌患者外周血中NK细胞数量与肾癌临床分期呈负相关(r=-0.561,P<0.05);肾癌组织中NK细胞活化性受体NKp44表达明显低于癌旁肾组织,且与临床分期成负相关(r=-0.429,P<0.05).结论 肾癌患者外周血中NK细胞活性表达降低,肾癌组织中NK细胞活化性受体NKp44表达明显低于癌旁肾组织,且其表达水平与肾癌临床分期呈负相关.Objective To investigate the correlation between active expression of NK cells in peripheral blood and clinical stage of patients with renal carcinoma.Methods 80 patients with renal carcinoma who were admitted and treated in the hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled.Another 40 healthy people were enrolled as the control group.The active expression of NK cells in peripheral blood was detected.Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed to analyze the correlation between activive expression of NK cells in peripheral blood and clinical stage of renal carcinoma..Results The numbers of NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with renal carcinoma at stage II,III and IV were significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of clinical stage,the number of NK cells decreased.There were significant differences in number of NK cells among patients with renal carcinoma at different stages(P<0.05).The number of NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with renal carcinoma was negatively correlated with the clinical stage of renal carcinoma(r=-0.561,P<0.05).The expression of NK cell activating receptor NKp44 in renal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent renal tissues,and it was negatively correlated with clinical stage(r=-0.429,P<0.05).Conclusion The active expression of NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with renal carcinoma is decreased,The expression of NK cell activating receptor NKp44 in renal cancer tissues is significantly lower than that in adjacent renal tissues,and it is negatively corr.
