摘　　要：阐述了大学有机化学实验的考核方式,提出实验总评成绩由平时成绩和期终考核成绩组成。为每一个实验的平时成绩制订了详细的评分标准,不是简单地以实验报告或实验结果来考查学生对实验的掌握情况。期终考核又分为操作考试、笔试以及专题总结等,操作考试中每一个基本操作有统一的评分标准,同时,并例举了期终实验笔试的综合题样题,具有很好的参考价值。形式多样的考核方式,对实验指导教师和学生都有很大的促进作用,既要求教师认真备课,熟悉实验的每一个环节,又要求学生实验时既动手、又动脑,有利于学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题能力的提高。This paper discusses the grading policy of college organic chemistry experiment study.Students’final grade consists of multiple parts:final exam,assignments,class participation,etc.Instead of simply focusing on the outcomes and reports of the experiments,detailed grading rubrics are customized for each individual experiment.The final exam will contain operational and written parts as well as short essay on specific topics.For the operation test,the evaluation of each basic operation follows a standardized criterion.Additionally,this paper also provides sample organic chemistry exams that could be referred during the teaching of organic chemistry experiment.On the whole,a grading scheme evaluating different aspects of students’performance contributes to the development of both the instructors and students.It requires the instructor to get fully prepared and be familiar with each experiment step.As for the students,this grading policy motivates them to think constructively and creatively in conducting experiments rather than blindly following guidance,which would cultivate their ability in identifying,analyzing and solving research questions in the long run.
