西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗牙周炎的临床效果。方法选择2017年6月—2019年6月就诊的慢性牙周炎患者84例,根据治疗方法不同分为联合组和对照组,每组42例。联合组采用西帕依固龈液联合盐酸米诺环素治疗,对照组仅采用盐酸米诺环素治疗。观察2组治疗后的临床疗效,检测治疗前后龈沟液炎性因子水平、牙周临床指标、咀嚼功能评分和疼痛评分。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组龈沟液肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-1β、白介素-6水平均较治疗前降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组出血指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失均较治疗前降低,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组Barthel评分较治疗前升高,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较治疗前降低,且联合组Barthel评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合米诺环素治疗能有效改善牙周炎患者的牙周临床指标,缓解炎症,具有很好的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with Minocycline on periodontitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into combination group and control group according to different treatment methods(n=42 in each group).The combination group was treated with Xipayi mouth rinse combined with Minocycline hydrochloride,while the control group was treated with Minocycline hydrochloride only.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the gingival crevicular fluid,periodontal clinical indicators,chewing function score and pain score before and after treatment were detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-1βand interleukin-6 in the gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in the combination group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bleeding index,plaque index,periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,which were lower in the combination group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the visual analogue scoring(VAS)score was lower than that before treatment.The Barthel score of the combination group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xipayi mouth rinse combined with Minocycline can effectively improve the periodontal clinical indicators of patients with periodontitis,relieve inflammation,and has a good clinical effect.
