摘  要:为提高输电线路复合绝缘子机械强度检测效率,提出了一种基于无人机红外技术的检测方法。通过构建一套无人机机载红外云台检测系统,实现了绝缘子温度的准确、高效在线监测。以单回路单基直线杆塔为例,介绍了无人机巡检过程中的操作流程,并提出了数据采集完成后基于数据归集和红外智能分析的后期数据处理方法。In order to improve the mechanical strength detection efficiency of transmission line composite insulators,a detection method based on infrared technology of drone was proposed.By constructing a set of UAV airborne infrared gimbal detection system,accurate and efficient on-line monitoring of insulator temperature was achieved.Taking the single-loop and single-base linear pole tower as an example,the operation process during the UAV inspection process was introduced,and the post-data processing method based on data collection and infrared intelligent analysis after the data collection is completed was introduced.
