摘　　要：分享了一种铸铁缸体镗孔刀具,较为详细地解析了刀具结构及加工原理。该刀具可完成发动机的铸铁缸体电机孔粗加工工艺,其独特的刀片安装方式可解决镗孔加工过程中刀片受力异常以及加工稳定性差等问题,同时,高速切削材料的应用亦可提升镗孔刀具寿命和镗孔加工效率。This paper shares a kind of cast iron cylinder boring tool,and analyzes the structure and processing principle of the tool in more detail.The tool can finish the rough machining process of the motor hole of the cast iron cylinder body of the engine,and its unique blade installation method can solve the problems of abnormal blade stress and poor machining stability in the boring process.Meanwhile-the application of high-speed cutting materials can also improve the service life of the boring tool and the boring machining efficiency.
