摘 要:长江南京以下12.5 m深水航道已于2019年竣工,海进江船舶数量大幅增加,重大海损事故频发,为做好深水航道应急测量工作,分析了航道和陆域应急测绘的不同点,总结了深水航道海损事故的特征和应急测绘需求,采用运筹学理论建立了最小化测量时间模型,得到了应对特定海损事故规模所需船舶数量,在此基础上提出了测绘力量配备方案和改进需求。本文的研究可为航道部门应急测绘力量配备提供理论依据。The 12.5 m deep water channel of the Yangtze River below Nanjing has been completed in 2019.The number of seagoing vessels entering the Yangtze River has increased significantly,and major marine accidents have occurred frequently.In order to do a good job of emergency surveying and mapping of deep water channel,we analyze the differences between the waterway and the land area.The characteristics of marine accidents in deep-water channels and the emergency mapping requirements were established using operational research theory to minimize the measurement time model,and the number of ships required to respond to a specific marine accident scale was obtained.Based on this,a measurement force deployment plan and improvement requirements were proposed.The research in this paper can provide a theoretical basis for the emergency surveying and mapping forces of the channel department.
