摘　　要：通过对电子商务经济下人力资源管理现状的分析,发现电子商务经济下企业人力资源管理在创新过程中存在的问题,提出电子商务经济下人力资源管理创新发展对策。Through the analysis of the current situation of human resource management in e-commerce economy,this paper finds out the problems existing in the innovation process of enterprise human resource management in e-commerce economy,and studies the countermeasures for the innovation and development of human resource management in e-commerce economy.
