黑龙江省民办高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的现状、问题及对策

摘　　要：为推动黑龙江省创新创业教育工作的进一步开展,本研究对黑龙江省18所民办高校从事创新创业教育工作的管理人员、课程教师、导师三支创新创业教育的师资队伍建设基本情况进行了调研,指出黑龙江省民办高校创新创业教育师资队伍建设存在的不足,即:对创新创业师资队伍建设的重要性认识不足、没有形成实质的创新创业课程团队、创新创业教育师资管理比较混乱,并据此提出加强对创新创业教育师资队伍建设重要性认识、加强创新创业师资队伍管理、建立民办高校间创新创业教育教师交流机制的三点建议。In order to promote the further development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Heilongjiang Province,this study investigated the basic situation of the construction of the three innovation and entrepreneurship education teacher teams of managers,course teachers and instructors in 18 private universities in Heilongjiang Province,and pointed out the deficiencies in the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship education teacher teams in private universities.The problems are the lack of awareness of the importance of building innovative entrepreneurship teacher teams,the absence of substantive innovative entrepreneurship curriculum teams,and the confusion in the management of innovative entrepreneurship education teachers,and based on this,three recommendations are made to strengthen the awareness of the importance of building innovative entrepreneurship education teacher teams,strengthen the management of innovative entrepreneurship teacher teams,and establish mechanisms for the exchange of innovative entrepreneurship education teachers among private universities.
