摘　　要：随着供给侧改革进程的不断加快,国家对人才的培养和输送提出了很大挑战。借助毕业生就业跟踪反馈机制,提升毕业生就业质量、满足供给侧改革需求成为湖南省高职院校面临的问题。从供给侧改革的角度出发,科学合理地构建湖南省高职院校毕业生跟踪反馈机制,并拓展其路径,持续推进人才供给侧的改革步伐。With the continuous acceleration of the supply-side reform process,the country has brought great challenges to the cultivation and delivery of talents.With the help of graduate employment tracking and feedback mechanism,improving the quality of graduate employment and meeting the demand for supply-side reform has become a problem faced by higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province.From the perspective of supply-side reform,scientifically and rationally build a tracking and feedback mechanism for graduates of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,and expand its path to continue to advance the pace of reform on the supply side of talents.
