摘　　要：为了在双创模式下实现校企协同人才的培养,从双创模式下的人才培养现状和人才培养流程两方面进行分析,发现双创人才培养模式能够缩短人才培养周期,实现了多学科的交叉融合,提高了人才培养效率。In order to realize the cultivation of school-enterprise collaborative talents in the mass entrepreneurship and innovation mode,the two aspects of the current situation of talent training and the process of talent training in the mass entrepreneurship and innovation mode are analyzed.The mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training model can shorten the talent training cycle,realize the cross-disciplinary integration,and improve the efficiency of talent training.
