摘　　要：目的探讨血清中微小RNA-145(miR-145)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、人多效蛋白(PTN)诊断非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床价值。方法选取我院经病理学检查确诊的67例NSCLC患者作为NSCLC组、60例健康体检对象作为对照组,分别检测两组对象的血清miRNA-145联合CEA、PTN水平,采用受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析三项指标单独及联合应用诊断NSCLC的价值。结果经检验,NSCLC患者的血清的miRNA-145、CEA、PTN水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清miRNA-145、CEA、PTN水平联合应用时,诊断NSCLC的灵敏度为96.91%、特异度为80.44%、漏诊率为3.09%、误诊率为19.56%、ROC曲线下的面积AUC值为0.924。结论 miRNA-145联合CEA、PTN诊断NSCLC可在一定程度上弥补单项指标的不足,在保证诊断特异度的情况下提高灵敏度。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum microRNA-145(miR-145),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and human pleopoietic protein(PTN)in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Sixty-seven patients with NSCLC diagnosed by pathology(NSCLC group)and 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum miRNA-145 combined with CEA and PTN levels were measured in the two groups.(ROC)Analyze the value of the three indicators for the diagnosis of NSCLC alone and in combination.Results The serum levels of miRNA-145,CEA and PTN in patients with NSCLC were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of NSCLC was diagnosed when serum miRNA-145,CEA and PTN levels were combined.The rate was 96.91%,the specificity was 80.44%,the missed diagnosis rate was 3.09%,the misdiagnosis rate was 19.56%,and the area under the ROC curve was 0.924.Conclusion The diagnosis of NSCLC by miRNA-145 combined with CEA and PTN can make up for the deficiency of single index to a certain extent,and improve the sensitivity while ensuring the diagnostic specificity.
