摘　　要：从项目核心、途径、形式和质量四个方面,研究技师研修微项目内在机理,对技师研修教育学理、教育目的、企业属性、质量评价等开展意蕴分析,用实践验证的方法对项目构建的价值取向、框架和多元融合组织形式展开论述。通过项目研修使技术(技能)技艺得到传承,将职业素养和社会主义核心价值观内化到教育教学的过程中,同时回答了产业需要什么样的人、为谁培养人和怎样培养人的问题。The paper studies the inherent mechanism of the micro-project from four aspects:the core,the way,the form and the quality of the project,and analyses the implication of technician's education,educational purpose enterprise attritute and quality evaluation.The value orientation,the framework and the multi-integration organization form of the project construction are discussed with the method of practice verification.Through project research,technology(skills)and skills will be passed on,and professional quality and socialist core values will be internalized into the process of education and teaching,while answering the questions of what kind of people the industry needs and for whom and how to train people.
