微囊藻(Microcystis)在不同培养基生长差异及其对N和P的去除效果研究

摘  要:为了研究微囊藻在BG11培养基、污水厂尾水和垃圾渗滤液中的生长情况以及对其中N、P的去除效果,采用显微镜直接计数法计算铜绿微囊藻的密度,通过分光光度计法测定总氮、总磷和氨氮的浓度,进行微囊藻实验室培养。在总氮和总磷浓度不同的三种培养基中,微囊藻在污水厂尾水中的生长情况优于在BG11培养基和垃圾渗滤液中的生长,且微囊藻在污水厂尾水中对N、P的去除效果最好。在等氮磷浓度的三种培养基中,结果仍和上述类似。比较三种培养基中的氨氮浓度,三种培养基中的氨氮浓度不一致。从而可知氨氮浓度影响微囊藻的生长和对N、P的去除效果。In order to study the growth of Microcystis in BG11,sewage plant tail water and landf ill leachate and the removal eff iciency of Nitrogen and Phosphorus,the density of Microcystis was calculated by direct counting method under microscope,the concentrations of Total nitrogen,Total phosphorus and Ammonia nitrogen were determined by the spectrophotometr y method,and the Microcystis was cultured in the laborator y.The growth of Microcystis in the ef f luent of wastewater treatment plant was better than that in BG11 and landf ill leachate in the three dif ferent concentrations of Total nitrogen and Total phosphorus,the removal ef f iciency of Nitrogen and Phosphorus by Microcystis was the best.The results were similar in the three media with equal Nitrogen and Phosphorus concentrations.The concentrations of Ammonia nitrogen in three kinds of media were compared,and the concentrations of Ammonia nitrogen in three kinds of media were different.The results showed that the concentration of Ammonia nitrogen affected the growth of Microcystis and the removal of Nitrogen and Phosphorus.
