摘 要:居住型历史地段所涉及的利益群体复杂、利益诉求多元化等问题是保护工作面临的主要困境。文章在利益相关者理论的视角下,以武汉花楼水塔街里分为例,从历史遗产保护、人居环境提升、文化资源利用、经济产业发展四个方面,结合时间的紧迫性、空间参与性和角色权力性三个属性,梳理出里分保护中的不同利益群体的利益诉求,并最终确定利益相关者分类。以期在今后的居住型历史地段保护中,能充分考虑不同利益相关者诉求,提出针对性策略。The problems of complicated interest groups and diversified interests in residential historical district are the main difficulties faced by protection.From the perspective of stakeholder theory,this article takes Wuhan Hualou Street as an example.From the aspects of historical heritage protection,living environment improvement,cultural resource utilization,and economic and industrial development,it combines the urgency of time and space participation.The three attributes of sexuality and role power sort out the interests of different interest groups in the division protection,and finally determine the classification of stakeholders.It is hoped that in the future protection of residential historical district,the needs of different stakeholders can be fully considered,and targeted strategies are proposed.
