摘 要:累及真皮的皮肤损伤修复后容易形成瘢痕.如何快速、高质量的修补真皮缺损是解决上述问题的根本途径,亦是组织工程学研究的重点.猪在生理学、疾病发展等方面与人的相似度较高,是组织工程真皮的验证研究的理想动物模型.本文从实验猪的选择,组织工程真皮体内验证模型的构建,以及创面愈合质量评估等方面进行综述,为组织工程真皮的研发及临床转化提供参考.Skin lesions involving the dermis are prone to scarring after repair. Repairing dermal defects rapidly and efficiently is the essential approach to solving the issue above,which is also the focus of tissue-engineering research. Pigs are similar to human beings in physiology and pathophysiology,so they are ideal animal models for the validation study of tissue-engineered dermis. This paper reviews the selection of experimental pigs,the construction of in vivo validation model of tissue-engineered dermis and the evaluation of wound healing,which could provide reference for the research and clinical application of tissue-engineered dermis.
