心理健康教育融入高校公寓管理的途径研究

摘　　要：随着社会竞争的日益激烈,大学生呈现心理压力大等情况.公寓作为学生休息的场所,承载了大部分学生在校时间,在公寓中开展心理健康教育是当前形势所需.通过论述公寓管理中融入心理健康教育的必要性来探讨心理健康融入公寓管理的新模式,并提出将心理健康教育纳入高校公寓管理的有效途径,以期为高校思想政治教育和学生管理提供参考和借鉴.With the increasingly fierce social competition, college students are under great psychological pressure. As a place for students to rest, the apartment carries most of the students’ school time. It is necessary for the current situation to carry out mental health education in the apartment. This paper discusses the necessity of integrating mental health education into apartment management to explore a new model of integrating mental health education into apartment management, and puts forward an effective way to integrate mental health education into apartment management in colleges and universities, in order to provide reference and reference for ideological and political education and student management in colleges and universities.
