摘 要:当前,我国致力于建设创新型国家的发展目标,高度关注科研发展事业.工科院校作为科研工作的首要阵地,肩负着科研项目开发与实验的重要任务,因此,针对当前部分高校面临的科研管理激励机制不公平、激励手段单一等问题,结合当前产学研协同创新理念,从多个角度提出完善建议,为我国地方工科院校的科研管理工作提供有效借鉴.At present, China is committed to the development goals of building an innovative country and attaches great importance to scientific research and development. As the primary position of scientific research, engineering colleges and universities shoulder the important tasks of scientific research project development and experimentation. Therefore, in view of the unfairness of the scientific research management incentive mechanism and the single incentive method faced by some universities, combined with the current concept of collaborative innovation of industry, university and research, it puts forward perfect suggestions from multiple angles, and provides effective reference for the scientific research management of local engineering colleges in China.
