摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法、社会调查法对大学生职业规划现实状况全面了解,并对这一概念全新解读,从现实就业环境、外部环境分析以及学生主体需求指出大学生涯规划的重要意义,并提出大学生生涯规划"三位一体"保障措施:政府主管部门制度保障,学校教育部门有力实施,学生主体自身积极努力.This article through the literature material method,social investigation method on college students'career planning overall understanding reality,and new interpretation of the concept,from a practical employment environment and external environment analysis,and the students demand points out the significance of college career planning,and puts forward measures to ensure"the trinity"in college students'career planning:the government department in charge of system security,strong implementation of school education department,the students themselves.
